this is just to let you know I finally received the book. Nice one, agree with Neil about the layout and most of the reviews are insightful and a pleasure to read. The selection, I suppose, is a matter of taste on same regard, but at least one big miss for me is Litania from Tomasz Stanko playing Komeda’s music. Anyway, I enjoy reading the book and thank you very much again for your help with the publishers.
